Telephone calls are made thanks to corporate volunteers, who are the promoters of the model and every day they speak to the assigned elderly person and have a moment of telephone interaction, where in addition to generating a conversation with them, they make a daily activity, taking into account relevant elements regarding the specific characteristics of this population segment in order to know their tastes, preferences and lifestyles.
